Installing ActiveSync

Microsoft ActiveSync version 3.7.1 can be downloaded by visiting our downloads section, or you can download it direct directly using this link (Right-click the link and choose Save Target As and save on your desktop).

Once you have finished downloading Microsoft ActiveSync, use the following instructions to install the program.

1. Double-click async371.exe on your computer's desktop and click Next to begin.

   

2. Click Next to select the default installation folder.

   

3. Be sure that your PDA's cable (Serial or USB) is connected to your computer. Set your PDA in its cradle, then click Next.

   

4. Click Standard Partnership, then click Next.

   

5. Select Synchronize with this Desktop Computer, then click Next.

   

6. Type a Device name for your PDA, then click Next.

   

7. Choose which Exchange folders you would like to sync with your PDA then click Next.

   

8. Click on Finish to complete the installation.
