Syncronizing your Palm Pilot

You may sync your Palm PDA with your Exchange Calendar, Contacts, but not your e-mail.*

If you have used your Palm to sync with your previous e-mail system, you will need to do a hard reset before you sync with your Exchange account.

Follow these steps to set up your Palm PDA to sync with your Outlook client:

  1. If you have not already installed and configured Outlook click here.
  2. Download and install Palm Desktop 4.1 for Windows:
    1. Download Palm Desktop.
    2. Install Palm Desktop.
  3. Install and configure Pocket Mirror
    1. Install Pocket Mirror from your Palm CD.
    2. Configure Pocket Mirror.

*Syncing your Palm with e-mail requires the use of third party software, which is untested and is not being distributed.
