Configuring Intellisync Software

In order to configure your Palm to sync with Exchange 2003, you must first install the following components:

After installing Intellisync, follow the steps below to configure it to sync with your Exchange account.

  1. Double-click Intellisync Palm Configure on your desktop.
  2. In the Configured Users screen click once on your first initial and last name, then click OK.

  3. Select an Exchange folder to sync with by highlighting it, then clicking the Choose button.

  4. Highlight MS Outlook, click Synchronize, then click OK.

  5. Click once again on the folder you would like to sync then click Configure, then Advanced Settings.

  6. Set your desired Confirmation, Conflict Resolution and Filter preferences and press OK.

    Note: You must follow these steps for all Exchange folders you would like to sync with your PDA.

You have completed configuring Intellisync. To synchronize with your Exchange account, press the synchronize button on your PDA cradle.
