Installing Palm Desktop Software for Macintosh

If you would like to sync your Palm-based PDA with your Exchange account, follow the instructions below.

Once you have downloaded the Palm Desktop software, follow these instructions to install it.

  1. Locate the installation file you downloaded and double-click it.
  2. Click Continue to start the install.

  3. Read the Software License Agreement, and if you agree to the terms, select Agree.

  4. Select Easy Install and then click Install.

  5. Select Applications and then click Choose.

  6. Click Yes to the Macintosh restart message.

  7. You will see a series of screens indicating that the application is being installed.

  8. Type in Administrator and your administrator password to authenticate and then click OK.

  9. Now click OK to the restart message.

You have successfully installed the Palm Desktop software.
