Find Mailbox Size: Mail, Mac OS 10.4

Step 1: From Apple Mail, hold down the Control key, click your Exchange Inbox, and choose the Get Info command from the menu that appears. Screenshot of Apple Mail account menu selecting the Get Info command
  
Step 2: From the window that appears, Mail will go through determining the size of each mailbox on Exchange. When there is no further Sizing messages at the bottom of the window, Mail has completed. Public folders (i.e.: Outlook, Help Center Documents, etc) are shown alongside of your personal folders but do not contribute towards your 50MB quota.

Important Note:
The total mailbox size listed at the top of this window is for both personal and public/shared folders.
