Find Mailbox Size: Mail, Mac OS 10.3

Step 1: From Apple Mail, access the Script menu (between the Window and Help menus) and select the 'Get Size of IMAP Mailboxes' command. Menu accessing the Get Size of IMAP Mailboxes command
  
Step 2: Select your Exchange account from the list of Mail accounts that appears. Dialog selecting Exchange account
  
Step 3: Click through the dialogs that appear noting the need to synchronize the account. Dialog stating need to synchronize local to server mail messages. Dialog indicating that speed of network connection may slow down sync time.
  
Once synchronization of all remote messages completes, a new mail message will appear listing all mailboxes and the size of the mailboxes. For heavy email users this can take up to 30 minutes to complete.
