Request Larger Mailbox

  1. Before requesting an increase click here and follow the instructions to see which folders are using the most account space, you may be able to clean out your Sent and Deleted items folder to free up space.
  2. After you have cleaned up your larger folders you can click here and follow the instructions to archive some of your messages to your local machine.
  3. If you find that you still need more space, contact the UITS Help Center at 860.486.4357, or submit a request through self help, http://helpme.uconn.edu.
