How to check my shared/departmental account using OWA 2007?

There are two ways you can access a shared resource.

1. If you are already in your mailbox In OWA 2007 there is an option to open another mailbox built into it - it is accessed by clicking on the down arrow in the upper right hand corner next to the user's name.   Select the drop-down arrow and type in the name or NetID of the account you're trying to access and select Open.  The shared account opens in a new browser window.

2. If you want to go directly to the mailbox from OWA go to http://mail.exchange.uconn.edu/faq/clients/outlookwebshare.htm for instructions.
